No refund policy and this applies to all consumers especially consumers who engages in any kind of harassment, sexual offender, and criminals.
In the United States, there is no federal or state law that you must offer refunds. Merchants can set their own policies
Special situation such as back order items can be cancelled with 40% processing fee. Refunds will be process as a gift card.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be allowed with 7 business days of the original order date. Once the order has been packaged and a tracking number has been created a cancellation will not be allowed. Special order items cannot be cancelled at any time once the order is processed. Please contact your sales rep to check on the status of the item you would like before placing the order.
Order Cancellations Fees
If you order and cancel a product it costs us money to pay employees to work, process, cancel, interact, as well as processing fees. Unless an item is out of stock you will pay a minimum of 5 percent to cancel your order regardless of the reason. We have overhead and each interaction costs. If you have any questions, speak with a representative prior to ordering.
Returns
Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the receipt of your order and must be authorized prior to shipping with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To receive your return instructions and RMA# please use our online form and we will get back to you asap! Once you receive your return instructions please ship out the item at your earliest convenience and provide the tracking number to your customer service rep. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Before shipping your product back please make sure you package it up exactly how you received it and in all of its original packaging. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a credit will be issued accordingly. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
